Prosecution

The Prosecution Division at the Salem Police Department is responsible for the prosecution of all criminal and motor vehicle infractions brought by the police department.

The staff of the Prosecution Division is comprised of a lawyer and a secretary.  Attorney Jason Grosky joined the Division in 2009 from his position as Assistant District Attorney for Essex County where he worked from 2007 to 2009. 

Jill Edgecomb is the secretary in prosecution and has been with the department for over 15 years.

Arraignments are scheduled for Monday mornings at the Salem District Court.  Attorney Grosky can be reached at 603-890-2340.
